Founded in 2025 by Matt Odell, Atlas Personal Wealth Management helps individuals and families to understand their financial position so they can make confident decisions. For us, it’s never just about the money, it’s about the person behind it. We take the time to really listen, to understand your journey so far and what you want the next chapter to look like. Then, we use your wealth as a tool to help bring that vision to life.

Matt Odell
Founder & Chartered Financial Planner
Matt has worked in financial services since June 2014 and founded Atlas in May 2025. He is passionate about helping people to align their wealth with their lifestyle while answering some of lifes big questions such as ‘Do we have enough’. He is also both a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner while being a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, an honour held by fewer than 1,000 advisers in the UK. These qualifications reflect Matt’s unwavering commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes and advice to every person that he works with. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting Arsenal football club, keeping active and travelling to new places.

Gemma Conway
Marketing
With a Master’s degree in Marketing and a passion for making complex ideas simple while engaging, Gemma brings years of digital marketing experience to the team. In the financial services space, Gemma understands how important it is to communicate clearly and build long-term relationships. Alongside her marketing expertise, she plays a key role in supporting Atlas and working closely with Matt to help the business grow. Outside of work, Gemma enjoys reading books, running and travelling to new places.

Lola
Chief floof officer
Lola is a 4 year old Cavapoochon and the unofficial team mascot, sharing the role with her fur buddy Sammy.
She likes to sit in on Matt’s calls, usually with the noble intention of taking notes but often finds herself getting distracted by the postman or drifting off for a nap mid meeting.
Sammy
Trainee floof
Sammy is a 1 year old Cockapoo who was recently rescued by Matt and Gemma after a challenging start to life. He suffers from a bit of separation anxiety, so you will often find him sleeping on Matt’s feet or attempting to jump onto his lap for cuddles mid video meeting with clients.
Outside of his working/snoozing hours, he’s a big fan of stealing socks and will do anything to get his paws on some chicken.
Giving Back
Community Involvement
We believe in supporting and giving back to our community. From donating on behalf of clients to charities or volunteering at animal rescue centres, we are committed to making a positive impact. As part of this, for every review we collect through VouchedFor or Google, £25 is donated to the National Animal Welfare Trust, helping animals like our team mascot Sammy to find their happy homes.
